Biography: Ali Edwards' creative passion is all about capturing life & creating art.

"I started scrapbooking in 2002 as a way to organize all the stuff I collected after the birth of my son. It has become so much more than an organizational process for me - it has let me find my own personal passion and voice."

An advocate for not making things more complicated than they need to be & embracing imperfection, Ali shares cool concepts, design, and project ideas in her idea books: A Designer’s Eye for Scrapbooking, A Designer’s Eye for Scrapbooking with Patterned Paper, & Life Artist. Ali enjoys conducting workshops around the county and internationally, encouraging scrapbookers to tell their stories and embrace the creative process. She maintains a blog about life + art at www.aliedwards.typepad.com.

Ali lives in Eugene, Oregon. She enjoys travel, reading, politics, and spending time with her husband and son.
