Biography: Paul Dreher is a premiere authority on the do’s and don’ts of Table Manners and Table Etiquette, otherwise known as TMATE. Why? Because Paul has over 28 years experience in the billion dollar catering industry. He has observed nearly 3 million people eat….including the most prominent celebrities from Lucille Ball and Barbra Streisand to Frank Sinatra. Paul Dreher has seen a lot of food and a lot of people eating that food.

Paul has worked his magic for over 5,000 events in one of the most prestigious hotels in the world, the Beverly Hilton, in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Beverly Hills, California. From charities and fundraisers, to over a 1000 Weddings, Mitzvahs, Birthday Parties and Anniversary parties.

Writers and Producers Guild of America, HBO Golden Globes After Party, NBC/Universal and Focus Features After Parties, Schubert Theatre Wrap Parties, and Adopt-A-Minefield with Paul McCartney are some of the major award events that Paul has worked.

Paul has also worked with every major studio to include NBC, ABC, CBS, Paramount, Universal, and Disney.

Paul is not only busy working with celebrities, he has also done parties with former Presidents Carter, Reagan, Bush, Sr., Clinton, as well as, the Princely Family of Monaco. He has also worked with California Governors such as Jerry Brown, Dukemejian, Wilson, Davis, and Schwarzeneggar.

In addition to being accomplished in the world of catering, Paul has been teaching TMATE classes for 5 years for groups such as College Bound, YWCA, Job Corp, and Dean and Shannon Factor of Smashbox Cosmetics. Through private test meals, he has taught 1000’s of people his TMATE, as well as Firemen, Police Officers, and Socialites.
